One of the joys of purchasing handmade work from a small company is knowing the who, how, where, with what, and why about your jewelry. We're a tiny company hoping to make our mark with efforts towards the awesome, and we'll work to handle all of your transactions with a similar care to the way we craft your jewelry.


Exchanges & Returns

We hope you love everything you've purchased, but in case something doesn't quite suit, please send it back within 10 days for an exchange for another piece. We'll work with you to find just the right things. Refunds are not available.

Please make sure your contact information and receipt are included in the package, and that the jewelry is packaged as it was shipped. If you know the item you would like instead, please include that information as well. Exchanges are only available for items purchased on the web. Art Fair purchases are final.

Once your piece is received, we'll send you an email to let you know your package has arrived and we'll get started working on the exchange.


Warranty & Repairs

Craftsmanship is guaranteed, so if you find yourself with any problems connected to workmanship, please get in touch. Fine jewelry is often something that requires a certain amount of maintenance, and we'll walk you through whatever comes along as time moves on. Though we will be able to repair whatever happens to your piece, problems that arise from use rather than craftsmanship will be charged on a case-by-case basis.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you but doesn't quite make your heart sing, you’re able to exchange the piece for something that better suits. Get in touch and we'll help make that happen.

Please pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. If an item is not received, we won't be able to make the exchange.
