We hope you love everything you've purchased, but in case something doesn't quite suit, please send it back within 7 days for an exchange for another piece or a refund. We'll work with you to find just the right things and if that doesn't work out, we'll refund your card when we've made that decision together.  

Please make sure your contact information and receipt are included in the package, and that the jewelry is packaged as it was shipped. If you know the item you would like instead, please include that information as well. 

Once your piece is received, we'll be in touch to let you know your package has arrived and then we'll get started working on the exchange or processing.

Please safely prepare your item for return shipping, in the packaging it arrived in or the equivalent. Insure and track the package! If an item is not received, we won't be able to make the exchange or refund.

Warranty & Repairs

We stand behind our work.  If you find yourself with any problems connected to workmanship, please get in touch. Jewelry is something that can require maintenance and we can help you take care of your treasures for a lifetime.  Though we will be able to repair whatever happens to your piece, problems that arise from use, rather than craftsmanship, will be quoted in advance of the repair.  Broken stones are not covered and we aren't able to guarantee the availability of replacements.
