The Book of Alchemy is a one hundred day journaling project. It consists of ten series of ten micro essays, each followed by a daily journaling prompt. Each series is introduced by an essay of Suleika's, and those ten series begin with a beautiful introduction by the same.
Here’s the plan:

Kickoff Gathering: Wednesday, January 7th (receive your book + Merzatta bookmark). Together we’ll meet, greet, and read the Introduction aloud.

First Entry: Thursday, January 8.

100 Days of Journaling: We’ll write daily, in our own spaces, connected through the shared rhythm. If all goes according to plan, the final entry date is April 16th.

Three Group Check-Ins - once a month we gather at the shop!
$100 Includes the hardcover book The Alchemy Journal by Suleika Jaouad, a Merzatta acorn bookmark to hold your place along the journey, and a contribution to four get check-ins at the shop along the way. This boils down to $1 a day for your one hundred prompts and the community to feel that we’re in it together. This is for you if you're looking for space, rhythm, and connection and community too.
This isn’t homework or another “to-do.” It’s just a way to carve out space for ourselves and each other- and vote for the growth that the next phases of our lives require- if you want! It's an invitation to the joy of walking alongside others in this practice, held by the motivation of doing things together - with a beautiful object in your hands, and another one tucked inside.
