2.6 carats of diamonds in seven incredible stones set in gold gather together to top this cairns pendant. The 5.09g mother of pearl has a full golden tone to it and is a beautiful specimen wrapped in sterling silver. The regal pendant floats freely on an 18" white gold chain.
